1. What we provide

The Divorce Guide UK is a digital educational product comprising written guides, interactive workbooks, checklists and planning tools relating to preparing for divorce in England and Wales.

Access is delivered online through a private dashboard. There is no physical product.

2. Not legal or financial advice

This website and toolkit provide general educational information only and do not constitute legal advice. Divorce and financial matters can vary significantly depending on individual circumstances. If you need advice about your situation, consult a suitably qualified professional.

Nothing in the toolkit creates a solicitor-client or adviser-client relationship. You remain responsible for any decision you take.

3. Jurisdiction covered

The material is written with the law and process of England and Wales in mind. It may not be accurate or applicable in Scotland, Northern Ireland or other jurisdictions.

4. Price and payment

The toolkit is offered for a one-time payment of £47 including any applicable tax. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Prices may change at any time, but any change will not affect a purchase already completed.

5. Your account and access

Access is personal to you and must not be shared, resold or redistributed. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

We aim to provide continued access indefinitely, but reserve the right to withdraw or amend the product where necessary.

6. Your content

Anything you enter into the workbooks, checklists, planner or notes belongs to you. We do not sell it, publish it or share it with third parties.

7. Intellectual property

All content within the toolkit is protected by copyright and remains our property. You may print and use it for your own personal purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the educational information provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
