Digital delivery and the right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you have accessed the content, and by completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and acknowledge the loss of that cancellation right.

If something has gone wrong

If your payment succeeded but you cannot access the toolkit, contact us and we will fix it promptly.

If the product is faulty, not as described, or you were charged twice, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will refund you.

How to contact us

Email us using the address shown on your Stripe receipt, quoting the email address used at checkout. We aim to reply within two working days.
